Welcome to our new online ordering system. We have designed it to be as easy to use as possible.
- To begin your order just click on the highlighted price of the wine of your choice. The screen will change to an order sheet showing your first choice.
- If you would like more than one just pull down the quantity tab and select the number of bottles you would like.
- Then you may return to the wine pages as often as you like with further selections.
- When you are finished choosing wines just press the "Process" Key and you will be asked to fill out the order form. To delete a wine just put the quantity to "0" and it will be removed the next time you recalculate.
- Once you have completed the order form and press the "Confirm Order" button, you will then be switched to our secure server.
- Please verify your order and personal information and then press the "send order"button and your order will be sent to our order department.
Some helpful tips
- Please fill in the order form completely (all items with an * are mandatory and your order will not be processed without them).
- Do not forget your credit card security numbers or your order may not be processed.
- Please add a password to your email address and your ordering information will be remembered on our secure server. Your email address and this password will serve as your customer number for future orders.
While we do our best to fill every order completely however due to limited nature of certain wines and vintages, we will verify your order and confirm inventory and send an email response with your full accepted order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is verified and you have acknowledged receipt of the final order. Consequently your order is not guaranteed until you have responded to our accepted order email.
